Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court
Take notice that on the 5th day of July 1989, an application for the winding up of Repco Controls (NZ) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 16th day of August 1989 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

Take notice that on the 20th day of July 1989, the High Court at Wellington made an order confirming the reduction of capital of The Terrace Project Ltd., from the sum of $4,950,000 to $1,980,000, and approved the following minute:
The share capital of The Terrace Project Ltd., was by virtue of a special resolution of the company and with sanction of an order of the High Court dated the 20th day of July 1989, reduced from $4,950,000 divided into 9,900,000 fully paid shares of 50 cents each to $1,980,000 divided into 9,900,000 fully paid shares of 20 cents each.
The order and minute were registered with the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on 26 July 1989.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
Crown Finance Ltd. (in receivership) (“Crown Finance”), formerly Dalgety Crown Finance Ltd., with reference to Watt’s Bookshop Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of July 1989, Crown Finance appointed Ian John Clarke, chartered accountant of Tauranga as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 28th day of May 1984. The office of the receiver is the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, 143 Durham Street, Tauranga. The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking including its freehold and leasehold lands, fixed plant, machinery, patents, trade names, unpaid and uncalled capital book debts and goodwill.

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of July 1989, the Bank of New Zealand appointed Messrs Bruce McCallum and Geoffrey Edward Fuller, both chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers of the property of Station In Life Ltd., under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 22nd day of September 1988, given by that company.
The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, 11–17 Church Street, Wellington.
