Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation to the Regional Manager (Canterbury), hereby notifies that in accordance with section 14 (4) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rangiora District Council by a resolution dated 6 May 1983, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.

Land and a Right of Way Easement Over Land Acquired for Telecommunication Purposes in Hokianga County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and a right of way easement containing the rights and powers set forth in the first paragraph to the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and being forever appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, are hereby acquired for telecommunication purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of July 1989.
