Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of June 1988, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 June 1988, No. 112, at page 2648 declaring land to be road and land taken for road in Waitomo District by:

(i) Inserting in paragraph (b) (i) after the word “hereto” the words “(now known as Sections 3 to 5, S.O. 53976 inclusive)”,

(ii) Inserting in paragraph (b) (ii) after the word “hereto” the words “(now known as Section 5, S.O. 53972)”,

(iii) Inserting in paragraph (b) (iii) after the word “hereto” the words “(now known as Section 6, S.O. 53972)”,

(iv) Inserting in paragraph (b) (iv) after the word “hereto” the words “(now known as Section 7, S.O. 53972 and Section 8, S.O. 53972 respectively)”,

(v) Inserting in paragraph (b) (v) after the word “hereto” the words “(now known as Section 1, S.O. 53978)”,

(vi) Deleting from paragraph (b) (vi) the words “Volume 617, folio 57” and substituting “No. 42C/699”.
