Land Acquired for a Post Office in Hauraki Plains County and Previous Declaration Revoked

Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton revokes the declaration dated the 20th day of March 1989, and published in Gazette, 6 April 1989, No. 62, page 1446, declaring a right of way easement over land acquired for a post office in Hauraki Plains County and, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a post office and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
