Classification of a Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Rainbow Falls Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Rainbow Falls Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Estate Protection Policy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Paparua County Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account.

784 square metres, more or less, being Lot 11, D.P. 17427. Situated in Blocks XIII, XIV, Christchurch Survey District. Road Reserve by Section 13, Land Subdivision in Counties Act 1946.
