Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Waioteka Gorge Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Eastern Regional Manager hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Waioteka Gorge Scenic Reserve.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the acting Otago Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Dunedin City Council on the 10th day of February 1986:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Dunedin City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act."
