Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Nelson Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Nelson Licensing Committee on 26 June 1989 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the Licensed Premises known as the Commercial Tavern, Murchison.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On each day preceding Good Friday in each year. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On the 24th day of December of each year. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year’s Eve. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Nelson Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Nelson Licensing Committee on 26 June 1989 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the Licensed Premises known as the Ocean Lodge Hotel, Tahananui.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On each Friday throughout the year. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On the 24th day of December of each year. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On New Year’s Eve. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee on 23 June 1989 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the Licensed Premises known as the Studholme Junction Hotel, Studholme, No. 10 R.D., Waimate.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, or the Thursday preceding Good Friday). Opening at 3 o’clock in the afternoon and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On every Friday and Saturday. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On every Thursday preceding Good Friday in each year. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(d) On every Christmas Eve. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(e) On every New Year’s Eve. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning on New Year’s Day.

Pursuant to section 33 (2) of the Labour Relations Act 1987, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Area Health Board and Hospital Boards Chief Executives Association, Registered No. 2352, situated at Palmerston North will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of 30 days from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 31 (2) of the Labour Relations Act 1987, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Southland Builders and Contractors Industrial Union of Employers, Registered No. 406, situated at Invercargill, will be cancelled on the expiration of 30 days from the day after the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, unless a copy of the accounts together with a certificate signed by the Auditor in accordance with section 49 of this Act are forwarded to the Registrar.
