In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
Anzon Investments Limited, a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Auckland—Applicant:

Before the Honourable Mr Justice Anderson, Thursday, the 25th day of May 1989.

Upon reading the application of the applicant company for an order confirming a reduction of capital and the affidavit of David Michael Rouse and the memorandum of counsel this Court orders that:

  1. The following minute showing the amount of capital of the applicant company be, and hereby is, approved:

"The capital of Anzon Investments Limited is $2,710,000.00 divided into 27,100,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 10 cents each having been reduced from $13,550,000.00 divided into 27,000,000 shares of 50 cents each fully paid."
