In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, between Shell Oil New Zealand Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business there and elsewhere as petroleum suppliers—Plaintiff;

And—McFinlay Ventures Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Suite 10, Munroe Building, Wharf Street, Tauranga, service station—Defendant.

Take notice: that on the 23rd day of June 1989, an application for the winding up of McFinlay Ventures Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 22nd day of August 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
