Advertisement for Application for Approval of Scheme Pursuant to Charitable Trusts Act 1957

Salvation Army Bethany Centre, Auckland

Take notice that on Monday, the 3rd day of July 1989, an application for approval of a scheme under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 in favour of the Salvation Army Bethany Centre, Auckland was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 7th day of August 1989.

The scheme provides for the bequest by the late Emma Elizabeth Naylor of the residue of her estate upon the Salvation Army Bethany Hospital at Wellington, which provided care for unmarried mothers but is now closed, to be used for the benefit of the Salvation Army Bethany Centre.
