Land Acquired for Road in Whangarei County

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Whangarei County Council on the 6th day of July 1989.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested in the County of Franklin

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, declares:

(i) The portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto to be vested in Barry Kidd Ltd. at Papakura and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 63A/318, subject to memoranda of mortgage 790112.3, B. 282673.1 and B. 548085.1, North Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be vested in Barry Kidd Ltd. at Papakura and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 63A/315, subject to memoranda of mortgage 790112.3, B. 282673.1 and B. 548085.1, North Auckland Land Registry.

All that piece of stopped road containing 769 square metres, being Section 1 on S.O. Plan 61979, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of stopped road containing 469 square metres, being Section 2 on S.O. Plan 61979, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
