Land Acquired for Road in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Government Road to be Stopped in the County of Manukau

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, hereby amends the declaration dated the 10th day of March 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 16th day of March 1989, No. 49, page 1127, declaring Government road to be stopped in the County of Manukau pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the heading the words “Government Road to be Stopped in the County of Manukau” and substituting the words “Road to be Stopped in the City of Manukau”.

Amending a Declaration Setting Apart Land Held for Police Purposes (Residence) for State Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, hereby amends the declaration dated the 14th day of March 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 23rd day of March 1989, No. 55, page 1239, acquiring land for State housing purposes in the City of Auckland pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the land secondly described in the Schedule thereto the words “Lot 14” and substituting the words “Lot 142”.
