James Gray & Sons Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 44 York Place, Dunedin, hereby gives notice that on the 8th day of June 1989 it appointed Martin Ralph Wilson and Ross Alexander Smith, both of Dunedin, chartered accountants as receivers and managers of the property of Grays of Milton Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 13th day of February 1986, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Grays of Milton Ltd.
