Classification, Vesting and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northern Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in Section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Arch Hill Scenic Reserve, and further, vests the said reserve in the Auckland City Council in trust for that purpose.
