Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Motorway in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, hereby amends the notice, dated the 18th day of November 1985, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 21st day of November 1985, No. 215, page 5008, acquiring land for motorway pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the land sixthly described in the Schedule thereto the area “27 m²” and substituting the area “49 m²”.
