Such additional scheduled services as may from time to time be approved by the Secretary for Transport subject to any conditions which may be imposed by the Minister of Civil Aviation and Meteorological Services in respect of these additional services.

B. Replace the existing “Aircraft” section with the following list of aircraft types that may be used on international air services:

“B747, B767, B737, DC8, F27, Argosi AW650.”

C. Add the following condition to the “Inter-Governmental Arrangements” section:

“To exercise the rights granted by this licence, the licensee must be substantially owned and effectively controlled by New Zealand nationals.”

I intend that the above amendments will take effect on 24 July 1989.
