scheme and of the Attorney-General’s report thereon has been filed in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of New Zealand at Dunedin together with an application by the Presbyterian Support Services Otago Incorporated for orders (i) approving the new scheme and (ii) authorising the trusts of James McKeeman and of Nancy McKeeman, which latter trust is referred to and administered under the scheme described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be administered as one fund under the new scheme.

  1. The said scheme, report and application is open to inspection by the public at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Dunedin, Lower Stuart Street, Dunedin, without any fee or charge.

  2. The above-mentioned application by the Presbyterian Support Services Otago Incorporated will be made to the High Court at Dunedin on the 3rd day of July 1989 at 10 a.m. or so soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.

  3. Any person desiring to oppose the application is required not less than 7 days before the 3rd day of July 1989 to give written notice of his or her intention to do so to:

– the Registrar, High Court, Lower Stuart Street, Dunedin; and

– the Attorney General, care of the Crown Law Office, P.O. Box 5012, Wellington; and

– the solicitors for the Presbyterian Support Services Otago Incorporated, Anderson Lloyd, Private Bag, Dunedin (Attention: C. Papahadjis).

First Schedule

  1. A scheme in respect of a trust created under the will of the above-named James McKeeman for the sale of certain lands and for the establishment out of the net proceeds of such sale of a fund known as “the McKeeman Fund” the income from which is to be applied in and towards the training as farmers of boys from the Presbyterian Boys’ Home at Dunedin.

Second Schedule

  1. A scheme in respect of a trust created under the will of the above-named Nancy McKeeman for the sale of certain lands and for the establishment out of the net proceeds of such sale of a fund known as “the Nancy McKeeman Fund” the income from which is to be applied in and towards the training as farmers of boys from the Presbyterian Orphanages at Dunedin.

Notice of Revocation of Suspension

Pursuant to Section 139 (8) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982

The direction made on the 3rd day of February 1989, suspending the Eastcovert Employees’ Credit Union from activities specified under the provisions of section 139 (1) (a) to (e) of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982 is hereby revoked.

Notice is hereby given that Sumner Community Creche Association Incorporated has changed its name to Redcliffs Sumner Community Creche Association Incorporated and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Incorporated Societies in place of the former name.

Declaration of the Dissolution of a Society

NL. 224981) is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Declaring Revoking the Dissolution of a Society

I, Mohan Alex Paul, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the Waikato Rugby Supporters Club Incorporated was made in error and that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
