Amending a Notice Declaring the Leasehold Estate in Part of Balmoral Station Acquired for the Generation of Electricity

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated 21st day of November 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 December 1988, No. 201, page 5191, declaring the leasehold estate to be acquired for the generation of electricity by omitting the following from the Schedule:

“4.7000”

and substituting the following:

“4.4700”
