Revocation of the Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting Reserve in the Kiwitea County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager, Wanganui, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Putai Ngahere Reserves Board as published in New Zealand Gazette, notice 1963, page 557 to control and manage the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further vests the said reserve in trust for recreation purposes in the Kiwitea County Council.
