Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Crown Land in Block I, Waimea Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of January 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 January 1988, No. 2, at page 44 declaring land to be Crown land in Block I, Waimea Survey District by omitting the First Schedule and substituting the following:

'All that piece of land containing 1839 square metres, situated in Block I, Waimea Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 4535 and also being part Section 31, District of Waimea West. Part proclamation No. 2118, Nelson Land Registry.'

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Taitokerau 1988, No. 3.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
