Land Acquired for a Cemetery in Block II, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a cemetery and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Council on the 9th day of June 1988.

Easements over Land Acquired in the County of Rangitikei

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easements described in the First and Second Schedules hereto are hereby acquired as easements in gross for sewage and drainage purposes and for stormwater drainage purposes respectively and vested in The Rangitikei County Council on the 9th day of June 1988.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired together with the right of way over Lot 23 and the part marked “Private Way” on Plan 6205, created by Lease 894633 for the Victoria University of Wellington and shall vest in the Crown on the 9th day of June 1988.

Corrigendum

Land Taken and Road Stopped in Blocks XII, XV and XVI, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga

In the notice with the above heading dated 15 May 1987 and published in the Gazette of 21 May 1987, No. 74 at page 2248, for the descriptions set out in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth lines of paragraph (iv) read:

“Sections 45, 47 and 49, Block XII, Mangaorongo Survey District, Section 29, Block XV, Mangaorongo Survey District and Section 1, Block XVI, Mangaorongo Survey District respectively.”

which descriptions appear in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Works and Development.

Amending Declaration Taking Land for Sanitary Works in Featherston County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the declaration dated 27 January 1978 published in New Zealand Gazette of 2 March 1978, No. 13 at page 416, declaring land to be taken for sanitary works in Block XIV, Tiftin Survey District and Block II, Huangarua Survey District, Featherston County by deleting the description “Part Papawai 9A” for the land first described and substituting the description “Papawai 9”.
