Land Acquired for a Secondary School in Ellesmere County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a secondary school and shall vest in the Crown on the 2nd day of June 1988.

All that piece of land containing 1.0141 hectares, situated in Block XIV, Leeston Survey District, being part Section 9, Leeston Settlement, as shown marked 'A' on S.O. 16950, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch. Part certificate of title No. 26K/792.
