The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd. with reference to W Williamson Construction Company Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of May 1988, the bank appointed James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strachan, chartered accountants, care of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 6th day of June 1956. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
