Notice to Set Apart and Define a Special Quarantine Ground at Warkworth (No. 4368; Ag. 6/4/3/0/1)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 11A (1) of the Animals Act 1967, land being Lot 2. D.P. 113847 at Perry Road, Warkworth, comprising approximately 8.4680 hectares, more or less, in the Mahurangi Survey District, is hereby declared to be a special quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals.

Notice to Set Apart and Define a Quarantine Ground at Bulls (No. 4369; Ag. 6/4/3/0/1)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 (1) of the Animals Act 1967, that part of the land and premises of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, situated at the Flockhouse Training Farm, being that area of land surrounded by a two metre high netting fence, being 328 hectares, more or less, shown as Unit 1 on Plan Number (File 165/1/2a—Wanganui MAF office), being part of Part Lot 1, D.P. 6663, Block XIII, Rangitoto Survey District, and Block I, Te Kawau Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 313, folio 131, is declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 (1) of the Animals Act 1967, all that piece of land comprising approximately 8.1 hectares, more or less, situated adjacent to the Waikato River, comprising part of the Wairakei Hotel Undertaking, Block XIV, Taupo Survey District, D.P. 25307, and as shown on the location plan marked “Kneewstubb 2” held by the Freshwater Fisheries Centre, MAFFish, Christchurch, is hereby declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals.
