Declaring Land at Turakina to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for railway purposes.

Schedule

Wellington Land District—Rangitikei County

172 square metres, more or less, being part of the land comprised in Memorial of Proclamation 21843, situated in Block XV, Ikitaru Survey District, more particularly described as part Lot 1, D.P. 61768.

Dated at Wellington this 6th day of May 1988.

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for railway purposes.

Schedule

Canterbury Land District—Rangiora District

1.6542 hectares, more or less, being part Rural Section 338D, situated in Block XV, Rangiora Survey District. All conveyance 34427 (deeds index 5c's 44).
