Pursuant to section 2 of the Medicines Amendment Act 1987, No. 9, the Minister of Health hereby renews for a further term of 2 years commencing on the 3rd day of May 1988, the provisional consent given pursuant to section 23 of the Medicines Act 1981 on the 2nd day of May 1986 to the distribution in New Zealand of the medicine set out in the Schedule hereto:

Pursuant to section 51 (8) of the Civil Defence Act 1983, the declaration of a state of local civil defence emergency declared in respect of Waiapu County, effective from 2026 hours, 7 March 1988, was terminated upon the declaration of a state of regional civil defence emergency declared in respect of the East Cape Region at 2100 hours, 7 March 1988.
