Land Acquired, Subject to Certain Rights and Restrictions, for Coal Mining Operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979, in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the mining rights created by conveyance No. 2881 (F.2. 756) and the fencing covenant in transfer 224608 South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 21st day of January 1988.

All that piece of land containing 14.3376 hectares, being part Allotments 12 and 16, Parish of Taupiri, excepting thereout all coal, fireclay, and other minerals in upon or under the said land. Ali certificate of title No. 29D/534.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for a Local Purpose Reserve in the Borough of Ngaruawahia

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 27th day of April 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 May 1987, No. 65, page 2031, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. H.727708 declaring land to be acquired for a local purpose reserve, by amending the operative clause thereto to read as follows:

"Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to the effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a local purpose reserve and the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for housing purposes and further declares that the land described in the said Schedule shall vest in The Ngaruawahia Borough Council on the 7th day of May 1987."

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road, and for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road in Block XV, Newcastle Survey District, Waipa County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 18th day of April 1986, published in Gazette No. 58 of 23 April 1986 at page 1660 acquiring land for road, and for the functioning indirectly of a road pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting the second area described in the First Schedule thereto and substituting the following:

2073 Part Allotment 26, Horotiu Parish; marked "FF" on plan.

(b) Pursuant to section 117 declares that the area of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto, now known as Allotment 757, Parish of Waimana, shall vest in Leonard James Eastwood the younger of Pukerua Bay, milk roundsman, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. S.403664 and H.200589, South Auckland Land Registry.
