Education Act 1964

The Mountainview High School Board of Governors

Pursuant to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. This notice shall be cited as the Mountainview High School Board of Governors Notice 1987.

2. This notice shall come into force upon the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. The Board of Governors of Mountainview High School shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Canterbury Education Board;

(b) One member appointed by the Timaru City Council;

(c) Eight members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school controlled by the board;

(d) One member elected by the teachers of the school controlled by the board.

4. The Mountainview High School Board of Governors Notice 1982, and Amendment No. 1, 1983 are hereby revoked.
