Declaring Land in Canterbury Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Canterbury Land District—Christchurch City
191 square metres, more or less, being part R.S. 12, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 17158, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Christchurch. Part certificate of title, Volume 478, folio 262.
Given under the Hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of April 1988.

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for Railway purposes.
