Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986

Approval of Defensive Driving Organisations

Pursuant to section 48 (2) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986; and pursuant to section 39 (a) of the Transport Act 1962; under powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument of delegation dated 2 November 1987, I, Geoffrey Thomas Henry, Assistant Director of Road Transport, hereby approve the following organisations to be defensive driving organisations, for the purposes of section 68 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 32 of the Transport (Drivers Licensing) Regulations 1987:

New Zealand Advanced Drivers School, Auckland.

NOTE—The revocation of NZS 7649:1974 has been held over until 1 April 1989 for Certification Mark purposes.

Corrigendum

A corrigendum has been issued to the following New Zealand Standard:

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Housing, hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as recreation reserve.

5576 square metres, more or less, being Lot 26, D.P. 90793, situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District. All certificate of title 47D/1305.
