UDC Finance Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of December it appointed John Francis Managh and Donald Leroy Francis, chartered accountants, both of Wellington and whose offices are at the offices of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells, Southpac House, 1 Victoria Street, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 2nd day of May 1984. DFC New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 16th day of December 1987, Anthony George Lewis and John Andrew Orr, chartered accountants of Christchurch were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of High Country Hotels Ltd. under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 27th day of November 1986.
