The land is situated in the township of Outram in the vicinity of Holyhead Street, Lynas Street, Beaumaris Street and Taiere Terrace adjacent to the Taiere River.

The date of first publication of this notice is the 21st day of April 1988.

Any persons having an estate or interest in the land may within 20 days after the date of first publication of this notice send an objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Block I, Cromwell Survey District, Vincent County

Notice is hereby given that the Vincent County Council, proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road, such land to be used for the realignment of Felton Road, and it is considered essential to take this land due to the registered owners being of unknown whereabouts (deceased).

All those portions of land situated in Block I, Cromwell Survey District, described as follows:

As shown on the above mentioned S.O. Plan 20566, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

A copy of the plan may also be seen at the offices of the Vincent County Council, 5 Blyth Street, Clyde.

The land is situated some 7 kilometres north of Bannockburn at the intersection of Felton and Bannockburn Road.

The date of the first publication of this notice is the 21st day of April, 1988.
