The Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Levy Notice 1988
Pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Act 1976, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice:
- This notice may be cited as the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Levy Notice 1988.
- The rate of levy payable in accordance with the year ending 31 March 1989 shall be as follows:
Beer 0.93c/litre
Spirits 30.27c/litre
Fortified Wine 5.67c/litre
Unfortified Wine 3.40c/litre

Medical Practitioners Act 1968
Approval of Hospitals for the Purposes of Section 16 (1) of the Medical Practitioners Act 1968
Pursuant to subsection (1) of section 16 of the Medical Practitioners Act 1968, the Minister of Health, acting on the recommendation of the Medical Council, hereby approves of the hospitals specified in the second column of the Schedule hereto, and controlled in each case by the authority indicated in respect thereof in the first column of that Schedule, as hospitals in which any person who is for the time being conditionally registered under that Act may practise medicine or surgery.
This notice amends the notice of approval of hospitals published in the Gazette of 1984, No. 26 page 497 and that notice is hereby revoked.
