The notice declaring barberry (Berberis glauocarpa) as a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Dannevirke/Woodville District Noxious Plants Authority, published in the New Zealand Gazette on 13 March 1986, No. 38, page 1139, is hereby revoked.
This notice shall come into effect on the day after the date of notification in the Gazette.
