Land Acquired, Subject to Certain Rights, for Sewage Disposal in Block IV, Ahipara Survey District, Mangonui County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1948 on or under the said lands and reserving always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said minerals a right of ingress, egress and regress over the said land, for sewage disposal, which shall vest in The Mangonui County Council on the 31st day of March 1988.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1a) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 25 and shall vest in the Crown on the 31st day of March 1988.
