Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be a Government Road, Stopped and to be Crown Land in Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the notice dated the 8th day of May 1987 and published in the Gazette, 14 May 1987, No. 71, page 2135, declaring road to be a Government road, stopped and to be Crown land in Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga District, pursuant to sections 124, 116 and 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, to be amended by omitting paragraph (b) of the operative clause thereto and substituting the following:

"(b) Pursuant to section 117 (b), declares that the said stopped Government road, now known as Section 54, Block IX, Mangaorongo Survey District, shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence D.P.F. 1972 held from the Crown by John William Hall of Otorohanga, farmer and Patricia Eleanor Hall, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares and registered No. 23D/617, South Auckland Land Registry."

Declaring Land Acquired for Telecommunications Purposes (New Telephone Exchange Site) in the Borough of Lawrence

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for telecommunications purposes (new telephone exchange site) and shall vest in the Crown on the 31st day of March 1988.
