Road Realignment in the County of Southland

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Southland County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 231, folio 4.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 231, folio 4.

First Schedule

Southland Land District
