Public Works Act 1981

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block V, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County

Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto to be vested in Mary Margaret Sutton, widow and George Edward Sutton, farmer, both of Ponga, Papakura as executors, and declares the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be vested in Graeme Aubrey Chitty of Auckland, shearer and Margaret Yvonne Chitty, his wife, and when so vested to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 54B/268, subject to all encumbrances and interests noted thereon.

Amending a Notice Partially Revoking a Notice Declaring Land Held, Subject to Certain Encumbrances, for a Public Works Depot to be Set Apart for an Immigration Hostel in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of January 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 January 1987, No. 11, at page 284, partially revoking a notice declaring land held, subject to certain encumbrances, for a public works depot to be set apart for an immigration hostel in the City of Manukau pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the last line of the notice the words “firstly described” and substituting the words “secondly described”.

Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Alice Frances Biddle of Whangarei, widow, and when so vested, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 59D/33, North Auckland Land Registry, subject to all encumbrances and interests noted thereon.

Declaring a Right of Way to be Acquired for Post Office Purposes in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement over the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for post office purposes to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and shall vest in the Crown on the 31st day of March 1988.
