Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director Land and Fauna of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose (drainage) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Levin Borough Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Wellington Land District—Levin Borough

943 square metres, more or less, being Lot 42, D.P. 18132, situated in Block I, Waiopehu Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 664, folio 1.

Change of Classification of a Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Manager of the Department of Conservation for the Nelson/Marlborough Region hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for the purpose of a public school site to a local purpose (site for public hall) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
