Class: One Week Game Licence

Fee: Seventeen dollars twenty seven cents ($17.27)

Conditions: A One Week Licence may be issued and be available for use on or after the 10th day (16 May 1988) of the open season for game for a period of seven days from the date specified on the licence.

The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in the district of issue only.


Class: One Day Game Licence

Fee: Six dollars eighty two cents ($6.82)

Conditions: A One Day Licence may be issued and be available for use on or after the 10th day (16 May 1988) of the open season for game for a period of one day as specified on the licence.

The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in the district of issue only.


CLASS: Part Season Goose Licence

Fee: Seventeen dollars twenty seven cents ($17.27)

Conditions: A Part Season Goose Licence may be issued to authorise the holder to hunt or kill Canada geese on or after 29 August 1988 in any acclimatisation district wherein for the remaining period of the open season for game in that district, Canada geese may be taken.

The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions for each acclimatisation district in which the hunting or killing of game takes place, as specified under the Second Schedule of the notice in the New Zealand Gazette in which the Minister of Conservation declared the 1988 open season for game.


CLASS: Junior Part Season Goose Licence

Fee: Eight dollars sixty four cents ($8.64)

Conditions: A Part Season Goose Licence may be issued to authorise the holder to hunt or kill Canada geese on or after 29 August 1988 in any acclimatisation district wherein for the remaining period of the open season for game in that district, Canada geese may be taken.

The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions for each acclimatisation district in which the hunting or killing of game takes place, as specified under the Second Schedule of the notice in the New Zealand Gazette in which the Minister of Conservation declared the 1988 open season for game.

Junior Licences may be issued to persons under 16 years of age as at 7 May 1988. The provisions of the Arms Act 1983 apply with respect to firearms used in accordance with the licence.

The notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37 25 March 1987, page 1301, Third Schedule, Game Licences and Licence Fees is hereby revoked.
