Declaring Land Held for Buildings of the General Government to be Crown Land in the Township of Waimarino, Taumarunui County

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring an Easement Over Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Piako County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated 30 November 1984, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 December 1984, No. 277 at page 5466, declaring an easement over land to be acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes in Block V, Waitoa Survey District, Piako County by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule:

South Auckland Land District

All those pieces of land situated in Block V, Waitoa Survey District, described as follows:

• Area m² 5079: Part Hoe-O-Tainui North 2A2 and 2B1B Block; marked ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 51453.
• Area m² 92: Part Hoe-O-Tainui North 2A2 and 2B1B Block; marked ‘L’ on S.O. Plan 51455.

As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
