Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held, Subject to and Together with Certain Rights, for Better Utilisation to be Crown Land in the Town District of Hikuangi

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 13th day of November 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 November 1987, No. 202 at page 5212, declaring land held, subject to and together with certain rights, for better utilisation to be Crown land in the Town District of Hikuangi, pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, by inserting after the words "Part Lot 3, D.P. 3291" in both areas described in the Schedule the words "excepting an individual one-half share in all mines, beds, veins, seams, reefs and deposits of coal, cannel oil, shale, fireclay, limestone or other minerals of any kind lying or being within, under or upon the part Lot 3, D.P. 3291 as excepted by transfer 98661".

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block I, Pakiri Survey District, Otamatea County

Pursuant to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Henry Leon North of Turua, motor mechanic and Catherine Roberta North, his wife, and, when so vested, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 300, folio 110, North Auckland Land Registry, subject to all encumbrances and interests noted thereon.
