Stopped Road and Land taken to be Amalgamated in the District of Dannevirke

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that the stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto and the land taken described in the Second Schedule hereto (now known Section 1, S.O. 34204, Block VIII, Mount Cerberus and Block II, Owhanga Survey District), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 326/180, subject to mortgages 635277.6 and 853778.1

Land Taken

All that piece of containing 835 square metres, situated in Block II, Owhanga Survey District, being part Section 8, as shown marked ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 34204, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that the stopped road firstly, secondly and thirdly described in the Schedule hereto (now known as Section 1, S.O. 34196 and Sections 1 and 2 S.O. 34197 respectively, Block VIII, Owhanga Survey District), shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 115/575, and the land fourthly described (now known as Section 3, S.O. 34197, Block VIII, Owhanga Survey District), shall be added to the adjoining land owned by Her Majesty the Queen.
