Declaring Land Held for a State Forest to be Set Apart for the Transmission of Electricity in the County of Waimarino

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the transmission of electricity, and remain vested in the Crown.

Wellington Land District

All that piece of land containing 7,6568 hectares, situated in Block XI, Karioi Survey District, being Section 14 Part Gazette notice No. 218044.1 (New Zealand Gazette, 1933, page 1976), and part certificate of title No. 26D/677.

Dated at Wellington this 7th day of March 1988.

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

All that piece of land containing 813 square metres, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, being part Section 766 and part Section 43, Hutt District, and shown marked “A” on S.O. 30402, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor of Wellington.
