Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 18th day of February 1988, presented to the said Court by CFC Finance Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on the business of financiers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 30th day of March 1988 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Nathan Finance Ltd. at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of February 1988, it appointed Ian McCormick Sommerville and Ian Michael Pennell, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Fifth Floor, Dairy Company Building, 830 London Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of this company, pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of May 1987. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Decorp Business Furniture Ltd., hereby gives notice that, on the 24th day of February 1988, the bank appointed Paul Richard Preston and John Anthony Waller, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Eighteenth Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 6th day of August 1987. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
