Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Nathan Finance Ltd. at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of February 1988, it appointed Ian McCormick Sommerville and Ian Michael Pennell, both of Hamilton, chartered accountants whose offices are at the offices of Messrs Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Fifth Floor, Dairy Company Building, 830 London Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property of this company, pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 21st day of May 1987. The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Decorp Business Furniture Ltd., hereby gives notice that, on the 24th day of February 1988, the bank appointed Paul Richard Preston and John Anthony Waller, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Eighteenth Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 6th day of August 1987.
