Pursuant to section 9 of the Regulations Act 1936, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
Order
- Insofar as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto, this order revokes an Order in Council (New Zealand Gazette, 1929, No. 7, page 352) which vested land in The Alexandra Borough Council for tree planting purposes, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1926.

Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Recreation, Tourism and Historic Resources of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the reserve as a recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.

5.7345 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 24269, part Lot 22, D.P. 40521 and part Allotment 14, Parish of Waitoki, situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District. Part certificate of title 50B/897, 50B/926 and 753/20 (Ltd) and shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 60863, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
