Pursuant to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby revokes the notice dated the 4th day of December 1987, published in New Zealand Gazette, 10 December 1987, No. 221, page 5677, and registered in the Marlborough Registry at Blenheim as document I39020.

Declaring Land Near Piriaka to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

Declaring Land Acquired for the University of Otago in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the University of Otago and shall vest in the Crown on the 18th day of February 1988.
