Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (utility) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

1012 square metres, more or less, being Section 13, Block I, Town of Ohango, situated in Block IV, Kaitieke Survey District. All certificate of title 25C/262, S.O. Plan 15771.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Land and Fauna hereby authorises the exchange of that part of Mangaorongo Scenic Reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Local Government Act 1974

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XIV, Hawkins Survey District, Malvern County

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Director-General of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Malvern County Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
