Pursuant to sections 69 and 94 of the Animals Act 1967, and after consultation with the New Zealand Wool Board, I hereby give notice that the woolmarking preparation set out in the Schedule hereto (being a product of Youngs Animal Health New Zealand Limited) is approved for sale and use in marking wool of sheep.

This approval takes effect on the day following the date of publication in the Gazette.

James Allan Whittington, Dog Control Officer of Timaru (on the nomination of the New Zealand Institute of Hydatids Control Officers Inc.)
as a member of the National Hydatids Council for a period of 3 years from 23 January 1988.
