Note: The liquidation of Cunic Systems (Auckland) Ltd. was resolved on the 24th day of January 1988. The liquidator was appointed on the 4th day of February 1988 by the creditors of the company.

In the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Ellery Fordklifts Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 39–41 Bruce McLaren Road, Henderson and carrying on business there as merchants:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 22nd day of January 1988, presented to the said Court by William Thomas Barton and Colin Robert Barton trading as Barton Brothers Contractors of Auckland, contractors; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 9th day of March 1988 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 5th day of February 1988, presented to the said Court by Fletcher Steel a division of The Fletcher Industries Limited, a duly incorporated company of Auckland and carrying on business as merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 16th day of March 1988 at 11 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
